The Animal Welfare Internship is designed for veterinary students who wish to gain experience in elephant medicine, wildlife welfare, and rehabilitation within real conservation and veterinary environments in Southern Thailand.
Students work alongside professional veterinary teams caring for elephants in hospitals, conservation centers, and mobile veterinary units. Through observation, discussions, laboratory work, and field visits, participants discover the medical, cultural, and social aspects of elephant welfare in Thailand.
