Contract Agreement
Between Thai Spirit Life Company and Customer

This contract is entered into on [Date], between Thai Spirit Life Company, hereinafter referred to as the “Service Provider,” and [Customer Name], hereinafter referred to as the “Customer.” This contract outlines the services provided by the Service Provider and the terms agreed upon by both parties for content creation, organic internet marketing, website development, and photography services.

1. Services Provided

The Service Provider agrees to offer the following services:

1.1 Content Creation and Organic Internet Marketing

  • The Service Provider will create and manage content for the Customer’s online presence, including blog posts, and organic search engine optimization (SEO).
  • The goal is to promote the Customer’s business through organic marketing strategies.

1.2 Photography Services (Optional)

  • Half-day photography service: 5,000 baht
  • Full-day photography service: 8,000 baht
  • The photography services include professional photoshoots to enhance the visual appeal of the Customer’s content.

2. Fees and Payment Terms

2.1 Annual Fee for Content and Organic Internet Marketing

  • The Customer agrees to pay 30,000 baht per year for the content creation and organic internet marketing services. This amount is payable upfront upon signing this contract.

2.2 Website Development Fee (If Requested)

  • If the Customer requests website creation, an additional 30,000 baht will be added to the total cost, making the total for both website development and content marketing services 60,000 baht per year.

2.3 Photography Service Fees (If Requested)

  • Half-day photography service: 5,000 baht
  • Full-day photography service: 8,000 baht
  • Payment for photography services is due upon completion of the photoshoot.

2.4 Payment Schedule

  • All payments for services must be made in full upon signing the contract, or before the services begin.
  • Payments will be made via [Payment Method] to the Service Provider’s designated account.

3. Term and Renewal

  • The contract is valid for one year from the signing date.
  • Upon expiration, the contract may be renewed for another year, subject to agreement by both parties and renegotiation of fees if necessary.

4. Customer Responsibilities

  • The Customer is responsible for providing timely feedback, materials, and any required information to facilitate content creation, website development, or photography services.

5. Termination

  • Either party may terminate this agreement with a 30-day written notice.
  • In the event of termination, a prorated refund will be issued for incomplete services, minus any non-refundable costs.

6. Ownership and Intellectual Property

  • All content and materials created under this agreement will become the property of the Customer upon full payment.
  • The Service Provider may retain the right to showcase completed work in their portfolio unless otherwise agreed upon.

7. Confidentiality

  • Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information and business strategies shared during the course of this contract.

8. Governing Law

  • This contract shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand.
